Southwark

Informations of Witnesses taken at the
parish of Saint John within the
Borough of Southwark in the County
of Surrey on the 22d. day of April
1799 on view of the body of Richard
Love there lying dead.

Wm. Bryant Mate of the Ushe Brig belonging
to Yarmouth new lying in the River Thames
maketh oath that last Saturday morning which
Dept was on board his own Brig he saw the deced
she was on heard a Barge throw in rope to a Stoop
lying in a Fir part by & [..] presently
the deced got his left leg enlarged in a Cort of
Rope, & his [..] leg caught hold of sheford
stay look, and the Barge drawing down the deced left
leg & Thighof the [..] were turn from his body.
