aforesaid who being now here duly chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our said
Lord the King when how and in what manner the said
John Petra< no role >
came to his death
say upon their oath that the said
John Petra< no role >
on the twenty fourth day of December in the year aforesaid
being passing along a certain wooden plank leading from a certain wharf there situate
into and upon a certain vessell then lying on the River of Thames
It so happened that
the said John Petra accidentally casually and by misfortune fell from and off the said
wooden plank into the said River and in and with the waters of the said River was then
and there suffocated and drowned of which said suffocation and drowning the said John
Petra did then and there die and so the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid
do say that the said John Petra in manner and by the means aforesaid accidentally
casually and by misfortune was suffocated and drowned. In Witness whereof as well
the said Coroner as the said
