LondonDeposition of a Witnesses taken at London
that is to say at the Parish of Saint Bridget
otherwise Bride in the Ward of Farringdon
without in London aforesaid this 21th day
of November 1797 on view of the Body of
George Tommins< no role > now here lying Dead

Ann Tommins< no role > Wife of the deced George Tommins< no role > maketh
Oath that the deced has been a Prisoner in the Fleet was since
Mid summer last That he has been ill the whole of that time
in a decline that he coughed much at times that the deced
continued to decline daily until and these last three Days
before his Death kept his Bed that the deced departed
this Life yesterday afternoon That he was attended by a
Surgeon during his confinement in the Prisoner
