upon their oath that the said

in the year aforesaid accidentally casually and by misfortune fell into the River of
Thames, there situate and in and with the waters of the said River was then and there suffocated
and drowned of which said suffocation and drowning the said

then and there die-And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do
say that the said

accidentally casually and by misfortune came to his death and not otherwise
