aforesaid who being now here
duly chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our said Lord the King when how
and in what manner the said

oath that the said

by misfortune fell into the River of Thames
then situate and in and with the waters of the said
River was then and there suffocated and drowned of which said suffocation
and drowning the said

Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do say that the said

in manner and by the means aforesaid accidentally casually and by misfortune
came to his death and not otherwiseIn Witness whereof as well the said
