the deced female Infant lying in the Soil which was taken
up. Says it was quite dead. That there were no appearances
of violence upon it. It was a fine pull grown Child, but whether
it was born alive or dead Dept cannot taken upon himself to say.

Mary< no role > the Wife of John Boston< no role > of the Old Change
London Callico Glazer maketh oath that Mary White< no role > has
lived servant with her near five years last past That for a
considerable time past near two years she was supposed to be in a Droping
and she receive advice and medicines from the Finsbury Dispensary & was afterwardswasattended by Mr. Lemon a Gentleman of the faculty who
treated her for the Dropsy. Dept frequently taxed her with being
with Child but she always persisted that she was not with Child.
Says a day or two previous to last Thursday she complained of
great pains in her Stomach and Bowels. Says that she appeared
to be in great pain on Thursday morning. She took some Electuary
and frequently went backwards and fewwards to the privy
Says that in the afternoon she went to the privy and having been
there about ten minutes Dept went to her, and asked her how she
did when she sayed she hoped the Physic the had taken would pass
thro. her, therefore Dept left her and near half an hour afterwards
being uneasy as her staying in the privy so long she went to her again
when she appeared quite senseless and Dept thought she was dead
and called for assistance and she was taken from the privy into
the House. Says she was extremely ill in deed and Mr. Arratt
was sent for to attend her. The said Mary White< no role > sayed she was
taken senseless & dead while at the privy; that something had
burst within side her the tho's, and that she was to ill she could
not call out or speak. Says that on Friday morning she was told
a Child had been found when she sayed that something had
