Informations of Witnesses taken at the
parish of Saint Barth as the Great
in the Ward of Farringdon without
in London the 6th Day of June 1796

William Dymock< no role > of Peckham in the County of
Surrey Coach driver the Wm. Tanner of the same place
Coachmaster maketh oath the last Friday the deced
took Dept. Coach in the Strand was the Adelphi
the appeared to be ill & troubled very much-and he
deared so he drove so Fleet Street -the told him to drive
down Fleet St. & he would tell him where so stop.-At the
which as the end of the Fleet Street he Lard now which
occasioned him so took back into the Coach when between
that she deced had shot himself-asistance in meds came to him
& desired Dept. to he him to Saint Barthow. Hospital
which he did.
