Information of Witnesses taken at
the precinct of Bridewell Hospital in
the Ward of Farringdon without in
London aforesaid on the 13th. day of
January 1795 on view of the body of Edward
Cadwell now here lying dead

Ann < no role > the wife of Matthew Cadwell< no role > a Prisoner in
Bridewell Hospital and Mother of the deceased maketh
Oath and saith that the Deceased an infant aged five Months has
been ill with an inward Complaint for this Month last
part that on Tuesday Morning the 6th Instant [..] it was seized with
a Convulsion fit and continued afflicted with Convulsions
until Monday Morning last when he died says the
deceased died a natural death.
