thirty fourth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the grace of God of Great Britain France and
Ireland King defender of the faith and so forth Before

duty chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our said Lord the King when how and in what manner
the said man unknown came to his death say upon their Oath that the said man unknown on the
thirty first day of December

sickness and disease the said man unknown on the said thirty first day of December in the
year aforesaid at the parish and Ward aforesaid in London
aforesaid of the said sicknefs and disease
did die and so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the said man unknow
by the visitation of God died a natural Death and by no violent means on method whatever
