when how and in what manner the said

came to her death say upon their
Oath that the

parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch
in the County of Middlesex
on

then and there gently driving a certain Cart drawn by three houses out of a certain yard belonging
to the dwelling house of

there situate into a certain public street there
called cumberland Street
the said
Mary Walker< no role >
then and there being near the gateway
of the said Yard Whilst the sd Cart was passing on as aforesaid It so happened that the said
Cart accidentally casually and by misfortune Violently and forcibly prefred her against
the gateway at the said Yard by means whereof she the said

did then and
there receive one mortal bruise in and upon the right side of her head of which said
mortal bruise she the said

do on the said twenty seventh day of November
as well at the said parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch
in the County aforesaid as also
at the parish of Saint Bartholomew the less
did languishing and languishing did live
on which said twenty seventh day of November in the year aforesaid at the parish are Ward
aforesaid the said Mary Walkers of the said mortal bruise did die And to the Jurors aforesaid
upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the said

means aforesaid casually and by misfortune was accidentally killed
