LondonInformation of Mary the wife of
Thomas Butcher< no role > , a Prisoner in Ludgate

Who being duly sworn Saith that she hath attended the
Deceased for about three Weeks last past during which time
he hath afflicated with SicknessThat he deceased was
attended by Mr. Taylor an Apothecary in Bishopsgate
Street and by Mr Champery the Apothecary appointed
to attend the said PrisonThat the [..] Deceased
Continued to grow were every day until Yesterday Evening
when he diedthat the deceased had all the Care and
attenuation possible that could be bestowed upon him and
was not in want of any necessaries
