Who being Lunatic cut
his Throat with a
Razor

London

An Inquon Ct. taken Ct. at London (ie) at the
parish of Saint Sepulchre in the ward of Farringdon
without in London afd. on the 8 day of April in the
31st Year & before & on view of the Body of John
Chalkley now here lying dead by the Oath of Etc who
being Etc say upon their Oath that the said
John Chalkley< no role > not being of sound Mind & but
lunatic & on the 3d day of April in the Yr afd.
with a certain Razor [..] 2d which he in one of his hands
then and there had and held the Neck & Throat of
him the said John Chalkley< no role > then and there did
violently cut Giving to himself then and there
with the Razor afd. one Mortal Wound in and upon
his said Throat of wch said Mortal Wound he
the said John Chalkley< no role > did then andfrom the
said & day fo April in the up afd. until the 5th
day of the same Month of April as well at the
