Informations of Witnesses taken at the Parish of
Saint Bridget otherwise Bride in the ward of
Farringdon without in London aforesaid on the 8th
day of March 1791 on view of the Body of William
Tempest then and there lying dead.

Margaret Tempest< no role > of Parlour Court Temple Bar Widow the
late wife of the deceased William Tempest< no role > who being on Oath saith that
the deceased has been ill for these four months last past with a bad Cough
and shortness of Broash wish an Ashmatic Complaint that she has
constantly attende him for this Month last past during which time his
disorder continued increasing and he waisted away gradually until
Sunday Morning last when he died that he was attended by Doctor
Fordyce who rendered him Medical Assistance says he died a natural
death.
