Benjamin Worship of No.32 St. Thomas's Street Surgeon
maketh Oath. that on Monday Evening last he saw the deced
who was brought into Guys Hospital for some Injury he
had received in his Legs - that the deced had been Ledford
before Dept. saw him - that he attended him the next
Morning - that he examined the deced and found both
the bones of the left Leg broken and also a Wound in
the same Leg - that the right Leg was bruised only -
that he continued to attend the deced until his Death
which happened about ten O Clock on Wednesday night
that the deced was an old Man - that a great deal of
blood appeared to have come from the deceds Leg when
he saw him on the Tuesday Morning - and he has no
doubt that the broken Leg together with the less of
blood occasioned the deceds death
