in the parish of Saint George Southwark
in the County of Surrey
maketh Oath and saith he hath known the deced
Charles Cooper< no role >
for about three Weeks past that he was
also a Prisoner in said House of Correction
that the deced
appeared very ill when he came into the Prisonthat he
with a Nervous Complaint trembling very much and
complained that he had a violen Complaint in his Bowels
that he continued to get worse until within this fortnight
that a Surgeon
was sent for who attended him and sent
him Medicines but the deced continued to get worse
until his death which happened last Saturday
