-a Prisoner in His Majesty's Gaol of
Newgate
maketh Oath and saith he hath known the deced
James Hart< no role >
for this Weekpastthat he was also a Prisoner
in the said Gaol that he hath been in the Sick Ward where
Dept. attends the whole of that time very ill with a Fever
that he continued very ill until Sunday Night last
when he departed this Life that he was attended by the
Surgeon of the said GaolAnd that he believe that disorder
to have been the cause of his death.
