Whereas one Sarah Pressley< no role > Widdow of John Pressley< no role >
by Virtue of a Warrant under the hands and Seals of two of her
Matied Justiced of the Peace within this City one being of the Qurum)
bearing Date the Sixteenth day of Anne last past was sent and deliverd
by the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St. Michael Woodstreet London unto the Chuchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the parish of St. Dionis Backchurch London Upon
Oath of the said Sarah Prossley< no role > That about Two and Thirty years
agoe She the said Sarah Prossley< no role > lived an house keeper in the parish
of St. Dionis Backchurch in Fenchurch Street on doLondon for about
a year Now upon hearing the Appeale of the said Churchwardens
and overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Dionis Back church
against the said Warrant and Judgment of the said two Justiced
in the presence of the said Church wardens and Overseers of the poor
of the parish of St. Michael Wood Street one having heard what
could be alleadged on other side by the respective Churchwardens
and their Councell and Witnesses in and to morning the Prmissed
It is thereupon considered and Ordered by this Court That the said
Warrant and Judgment made by the said Sarah bressley be sent Oath
and delivered unto the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of st. Michael Wood Street to be by them pvided
for and maintained untill they can free themselves from the charge
thereof by due course of Law
