thereof is desired

Whether these three Merchants and Partners
are Inhabitants or Inmates only? If Inhabitants
and Liable to pay what Remedy's and powers
have the Parish by Law [..] to recover and in force
the Payment of this Rate? And what Method
wend you advise the Church Wardens to take for
that Purpose?

The Rate in gerrot is that
Inmates & Lodgers are not Liable to
Parish Dw [..] If A is rated at £105
P and,-I think the Merchants are not
Rateable. But if A refuses to Pay
according to the rent which He is
Chargeable for, The Merchants mart
be considered as Inhabitants & will
be subject to payment of the Rate
The Method or Proceeding, in which care,
is by a Suit, in the Ecct. Court in the
Name of the C [..] or account of
Substraction of Rate
