Whereas I with my Inquest the Day & Year hereunder
Written have taken a View of the Body of a Woman unknown
who accidentelly fell down in Fenchurch Street
in your parish and
received a mortal Bruise on her right Temple and thereof instantly
dyed
and have proceeded therein according to Law These are therefore
to certify that you may law fully permit the Body of the said Woman
unknown, to be buried and for your so doing this shall be your
Warrant Given under my Hand and Seal this twenty eight
day of September 1758
.
