To the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the parish of Sundrish in the
said County of Kent and to the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the parish of
Saint Dionis Back Church in Langburer word in the City of London
and County of Middlesex

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
Us, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
acting in and for the County of Kent
aforesaid (one whereof being of
the QUORUM ) by the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the said parish of Sundrist
That Sarah Belsam< no role > , an
illigitimate Child (aged two Years and an hat for thereabouts)
born of the body of Sarah (Belsam < no role > her Mother ) in the said
parish of Saint Dionis in Longbourn Ward , and batized
there by the name of Sarah
hath lately intruded, and
came into the said parish of Sundrist
and is become chargeable to the same: We
the said Justices upon Examination of the Premises upon
Oath, and other Circumestances, do adjudge the same to
be true, and to also adjudge the Place of the last le-
gal Settlement of the said Sarah Belsam the daughter is in the said
parish of Saint Dionis Back Church in Langbourn Ward
in the City of London and County of Middlesex

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, to
require you, on Sight hereof, to remove and con-
vey the said Sarah Belsam< no role > the daughter
from and out of your said parish of Sundrish
to the said Parish of Saint Dionis Back Church
in Longbourn Ward in the City of London and County
of Middlesex
and her deliver unto the Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or to some or one of them,
together with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof,
who are hereby required to receive and provide for
her according to Law. Given under our
Hands and Seals this 27th Day of June 1778 .
