[No. 13.] To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Shensington in
the County of Middlesex and to the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Dennion back Church in the City of London .

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
Us, two of he Majesty's Justices of the Peace
acting in and for the County of Middlesex
aforesaid (one whereof being of
the QUORUM) by the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the said Parish of Shensington
in the said County That Elisabeth Lewenton< no role >
Spinster
hath lately intruded, and
came into the said Parish of Kensington
and is become chargeable to the same: We
the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises
upon Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the
same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the
last legal Settlement of the said Elizabeth
Lewenton
< no role > is in the Parish of St. Dionis
Back Church in the City of London

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, to
require you, on Sight hereof, to remove and
convey the said Elizabeth Lewenton< no role >
from and out of your said Parish of Kensington
to the said Parish of St. Dionis
Backchurch in the said City of London
and her to deliver unto the Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or to some of one of them,
together with this our Order,or a true Copy hereof,
who are hereby required to receive and provide for
her according to Law. Given under our
Hands and Seals this 8th Day of February
1774
