WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us,
two of His Majesty's Justices, of the Peace for the
City of London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quo-
rum, by the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Botolph Bishopsgate
London, that Isaac Howard< no role > did
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and is likely to become charge-
able thereto; unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices; upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of The said Sarah Ryder< no role > as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true ; and We do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Isaac Howard< no role >
to be in the Parish of Saint Dionis Backchurch
and that thirtherto he ought by Law to be sent.

these are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Botolph Bishopsgate
London; forthwith to remove and convey the said Isaac Howard< no role >
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Dionis Backchurch
And him deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there; or to some of one of them, together with
this our Order who is and are hereby required to receive
and provide for him according to Law. Given under
our Hands and Seals; this 29th Day of May
One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy three
