Parish of Saint Saviour Southwark
in the said County, of Surry, that

deceased
is
lately come to inhabit in the said
Parish,
edeavouring to settle her self there, contrary to Law ;
and is now likely to become chargeable to the
said Parish : And whereas upon Examination touching the Pre-
misses taken before Us upon Oath, We the said Justices do adjudge,
That the said Adde Field is
now likely to become chargeable to the said Parish; and do also
adjudge, That the Parish of Saint Dionis Backchurch
in the City of London
is the Place where the said
Adde Field< no role >
was and is last legally settled
THESE are therefore in his Majesty< no role >
's Name, to command
you, the said Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Saviour Southwark
to remove and convey the said Adde Field
from the said Parish Saint Saviour Southwark
to the said Parish of Saint Dionis Backchurch
and Her to deliver to the Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor
there, who are hereby required to receive
and provide for Her according to Law. Given under our
hands and Seals the 15th Day of August in the Year
