The condicon of this Obligacon is such; That whereas Joseph Dionys< no role > one of the poore children that hath
beene kept and mainteined at the charge of the Parish of St: Dionys Backechurch within the ward of Langhorne London is by
Indenture of the date above written putt forth apprentice by the above named John Alsopand Francis Drinkewater< no role >
Churchwardens of the said Parish and Overseers for the poore of the same unto the above bound John Williams< no role >
for the terme of foureteene yeares commenceing from the day of the date of the same Indenture with the assent
of Sir Thomas Adams< no role > knight and Baronett and Sir Thomas Blud worth knight two Justices of peace for the Ditty of
London dr by vertue of the Act for the releife of the poore made in the three and fortieth yeare of the reigne of the late
Queene Elizabeth, As by the said Indenture more at large appeareth And Whereas the said John Alsop< no role > and Francis
Drinkewater have the day of the date above written paid to the said John Williams< no role > sume of thirteene powndes
of lawfull money of England with the said apprentice If therefore the said John Williams< no role > his executors or adun-
instrators or any of them doe and shall find and provide unto the said Joseph Dionys< no role > meate drinke apparrell and all
other necessaries dureing the said terme of foureteene yeares according to the tenour of the said Indenture of Appren-
tice hood, and doe and shall from time to time and at all times here after dureing the said terme of fourteene yeares
in the said Indenture of Apprenticehood menconed acquite and discharge or otherwise well and sufficiently save
and keepe harmeles the said Churchwardens and their Successors and all and every other person and persons
now being or which within the said terme shall bee Inhabitants of the said parish of St: Dionys Backechurch
of for touching and concerneing the keepeing and mainteyneing of the said Joseph Dionys< no role > the Apprentice
And of and from all costs charges losses suites troubles dammages and molestacons concerneing the same
That then this Obligacon to bee void, Or els it to stand and remaine in full force and vertue
