Imprime The said Langley Bradley< no role > for and in Consideration of the sume of Five Shillings of Lawfull money of Great Brittain to him in hand paid to
the Execucon of these presents and of the sume of One Hundred forty nine pounds and Fifteen Shillings to be paid to him after as herein after is menconed for himself his
Executors and Administrators Doth Covenant and Agree to and with the said James Robert< no role > and Charles Ball< no role > and their Successors Church Wardens of the said parish
Saint Dyonis Back church That he the said Langley Bradley< no role > shall and will at or before the Twenty Fifth day of March now next Ensueing fix & and sett up in the Steeple
Parish Church a Compleat Sett of Large New Chimes for Ten Large Bells The Largest of which Ten Bells will weigh Twenty Hundred weight of Metal Little More or Less [..]
sett of Chimes shall goe Twenty four Hours in One winding up and play Eight Times in Every Twenty four Hours (Vizt.) at the Hours of Three, Six, nine and Twelve and the Frame of Such Chimes shall be made of Strong a
Substantiall Iron and shall contain in Length four foot four Inches or there about In width three foot four Inches and in Heighth Twenty one Inches and the Barrell
Frame shall be made in Brass and shall contain in the Diameter Two foot Ten Inches and in Length about seventeen Inches and the said Barrell shall be neatly turned [..]
and drilled in all the places for receiving the Soudds and Shifting the Tunes from place to place and shall be furnished with hardened Studds with Brass Nutts to Every Studd
padders or keys of the said Chimes shall be made of Steele at the End next the Studds and shall be hardened at the said wearing Ends and there shall be likewise Two Hammers and Two
to Each Bell and the said Chimes Shall Lock with a Count or Locking wheele and Dotents and the said Langley Bradley< no role > Shall likewise find and provide weights Ropes pulleys Squares
Rowlers and all Ironworke Steeleworke and Brassworke and all other things whatsoever needfull and necessary for fixing up the said Chimes in the most handsome Substantiall [..]

Item the said Langley Bradley< no role > for himself his Heirs Executors and administrators Doth further Covenant and agree to and with the said James Hobert< no role > and Charles B [..]
their Successors That He the said Langley Bradley< no role > shall and will before the Time aforesaid take down the Old Clock belonging to the said Church and remove it Higher in the Ster [..]
make Rodds and Wheeles and all Such other Ironwork as Shall be proper and necessary to turne the Hours and Minutes to the Dyall to the outside of the Steeple And shall likewise alter the sa [..]
so as to Strick the Quarters of Every Hour on the Third fourth fifth and Sixth of the said Ten Bells and that he the said Langley Bradley< no role > will likewise find and provide all matters
things whatsoever which shall be need full and necessary for compleating the same

Item The said Langley Bradley< no role > for the Consideracons aforesaid for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators Doth further Covenant and Agree to and with the said James Heb< no role > [..]
Charles Ball< no role > and their Successors as aforesaid That he the said Langley Bradley< no role > Shall and will likewise Add to the said Clock another usefull performance by makeing an Add [..]
Frame with Brass Wheeles to Sticke in Manner following (that is to Say) The said Clock Shall Sticks the Blows of Every Hour on the Great Bell then Imediately shall repeate the
Number of Blows on the Saints Bells and Shall likewise find all materialls and things need full and proper for compleating and fixing up the Same in the best most compleat and wor
manner (Carpenters worke onelyExcepted)

Item It is Agreed by and between the partyes to these presents That alter the said Chimes Shall be so fixt up and the said Clock Shall be so altered amended and fixt up as afore [..]
according to the Time before limitted that if any difference Shall arise touching the Goodness of the said Chimes Either as to the Frame Barrell Studds Nutts Keys Hammers Spi [..]
wheeles or any of the workman Ship thereto belonging or touching or concerning the said Clock Either as to the Goodness thereof or of the Robbs wheels Frames or of the Brass or S [..]
belonging to the same Such Difference Shall within the Space of Ten Days after the said Chimes Shall be so Sett up and the said Clock so amended and raised as aforesaid be [..]
to the Judgement and Opinion of Two impartiall and Just Judges one whereof Shall be chosen by the said James Hobert< no role > and Charles Ball< no role > or by the parishoners of the said parish
assembelled and the other Shall be chosen by the said Langley Bradley< no role > or his Heirs Executors or Administrators and in Case Such Judges Shall disagree in their Judgement they She
an Umpire between them And the Judgement of Such Judges to be chosen as aforesaid or of Such Umpire in Case they shall divide in their Opinion Shall be made within One Month [..]
such Submission or refferrence to them as aforesaid And the Judgement of Such Judges or Umpire soe to be chosen by Such Judges Shall be finall and conclusive on Coth Sides with
recourse to a Court of Law or Equity for Explaining amending or altering Such a Ward or Determination And In Case the said Judges or the said Umpire so to be Elected by than Shall be
Opinion That the said chimes Shall be anywise [..] Either in frame or barrell or Either in the badness of the Stuft Motal or other materialls of which the same Shall be made
the said Clock Shall be any ways defective in the worke herein before covonanted by the said Langley Bradley< no role > to be done and performed That then and In such Case Soe the sa [..]
