last three Years, and a Statement of the probable expences
that will be incurred during the course of his Office of Church
Warden as nearly as he could compute the same, and observed
that a Poors Rate had been made for the present year
amounting to the sum of £590..12s..8d which some of the
Overseers concieving too high it had not as yet been Signed
by them on that account, and the same matters being
taken into consideration, and after some debate thereon
Mr. Duncan moved that the Rate be confirmed, and
being Seconded by Mr. Hunter the question was put and
carried in the affirmative Nem Con

Sale of Stock

A Motion was then made by Mr Layton that the
Sum of £150, 5 P Cent Bank Annuities, Standing
in the Names of Mr. William Lampkin< no role > , Mr. John Layton< no role > , Mr
John Dodd< no role > , & Mr. John Tombs< no role > be sold out, and the Money
arising by Such sale paid over to Mr Church Warden Scratton
and being Seconded by Mr. Dixon the question was put and
carried in the Affirmative Nem, Con

The Vestry was then adjourned untill another Summons
