Mr. Fidgett moved that another Estimate be prepared
for the Repairs of the Clock and Quarters, exclusive
of the Chimes and laid before the next Vestry and
being seconded the Question was put and carried
in the Affirmative
Death of
Annuitant
Mr. Church Warden Wilkinson Stated that Mr. Ray
one of the Parish Annuitants was dead after
Payment of the last Quarter's Annuity due 27th. Janry
and before the next day of Payment will become
regular, leaving a Widow
. It was thereupon ordered
that the Arrears of the Annuity be paid to the Widow
to the day of the Said Annuitant's decease.

appointed to Let the House in Philpot lane, that
they had Let the Same on Lease to

Arbuthnott for Twenty one years at a neat Rent
of Fifty Pounds being an advance of Fifteen Pounds
a year
Mr. Ayres moved that Thanks be returned to the
Gentlemen of the Committee for their attention to
the Interest of the Parish and being Seconded, the
Question was put and Carried in the Affirmative

The Vestry was then adjourned until another
Summons.
