The Minutes of the last Vestry of the 9th. April
Read and Confirmed Also the General Account of
W. John Layton< no role > late Church Warden by which it
appeared there was a Balance of £12..6..5 due
to the Parish.

Monument to
Mr. Thos. Hankey< no role >

Mr. Church Warden Hunter acquainted the Vestry
that the Executives of the late Thomas Hankey< no role > Esqr.
had paid Fifty Pounds for erecting a Monument
in the Church.

Collier. Row
property

Mr. Church Warden Hunter then stated that John
Lord had rebuilt Five Tenements at Collier row
Common in the County of Essex , and Moved that
a Lensele granted to him thereof, pursuant to
his agreement, which was Ordered accordingly.

Ware property

Mr. Hunter also mentioned that he had received
two proposals for taking the Field in Collier row
Lane at Fifteen Guineas a year And that two
Proposals had been made for a Lease of the Parish
Estate at Ware, the one from Mr. Flack the present
Tenant at Twenty four Pounds a year; the other from
Mr. Burr of Ware at Twenty five Pounds a year

Mr. Ayres thereupon Moved That it be referred
to the Church Wardens and Overseers to treat and
agree with any Person or Persons for Leases of
the Field in Collier Row lane and Estate at Ware
upon such Terms as they thought best, and being
seconded the Question was put and carried in
the affirmative

Ordered that a new Plan be taken of the Meadow
at Ware and Land marks fixed therein at the
discretion of the Church Wardens and Overseers

Ordered unanimously, that the Thanks of this
Vestry be given to the Church Wardens and Overseers
for their having reviewed the Parish Estates and
attention paid to the same.

The Vestry was then adjourned.
