Auditors

It was Ordered, That all the Gentlemen who have Pass'd the
Chair be summoned to the Audit of Mr. Tutet's Account,
and that any Seven of them be a Quorum to proceed to
Business.

Repairs of
Church

Mr. Church Warden Tutets then stated the Amounts
of the Several Artificers Bills as follows

Estimates agreed to by the Committee

Sale of
Consols}

Mar. Layton moved that £200.3 PCent. Consolidated Bank
Annuities standing in the Names of Mr. Stephen Hall< no role > , Mr
Charles Barry< no role > . Mr. Peter Pope< no role > and Mr. Thomas Hudson< no role > , or
some of them be sold out, and the Money to arise by Sale
thereof with the Dividends due thereon be paid to in Church
Warden Tutet towards the Repairs of the Church, and being
Seconded, the Question was put and Carried with Affirmative

The Vestry was then Adjourn'd until another Summons

Repairs of
Church

Mr. Church Warden Tutet acquainted the Committee
that this meeting was summoned to examine the Bills
for the Repairs of the Church, and to consider of the
raising money for Payments thereof
