1750 Janry 8.

Mr Church Warden Burt Acquainted the Gent. that the
4th. Bell was very faulty & wanted to be now Cast and
others wanted to be Repaired.

Ordered that the Church Wardens be Empowered to
Agree with Mr Lister the Bell founder for new Casting
the 4th. Bell & that the Rest of the Bells that wanted
shod. be forthwith Repaired & they be Indemnified
for so doing
A Complaint made that a Great Number of Vagrants
were daily Strolling up & down the, Streets of this
Parish a Motion was made that it be referred to the
present C: Wardens & overseers of the Poor to
Consider if it would not be of Service to this Parish
to have a Parish Beadle & they to report their
Opinion to the next Vestry & Carried in the Affirmatives} 392:393.402:403

17.

The Report of the Committee touching Mr. Harrisons
House. That they had considered of the Repairs
wanting & were of opinion that a Sum of £150 shod.
be laid out in Repairing the sd. House & that a Lease
shod. be Granted to Mr. Harrison the prsent Tenant
for 21 Years from Midsr. 1751. at £26 P Ann payed
