on this Parish by the Church Warden's of the Parish of Allhallow's
Lombard Street
. At which Mr Church Warden Fell moved that the present
Church Warden's & Overseers of this Parish might be Appointed A
Committee to make a final Agreemt. with the sd. Parish of Allhallow's
Lombard Street
touching their sd. Demands on the most reasonable Terms
and to Determine finally all other Matters in Difference And the Queon
