A Vestry Summoned relating to the Bill of Charges demanded
on this Parish by the Church Warden's of the Parish of Allhallow's
Lombard Street . At which Mr Church Warden Fell moved that the present
Church Warden's & Overseers of this Parish might be Appointed A
Committee to make a final Agreemt. with the sd. Parish of Allhallow's
Lombard Street touching their sd. Demands on the most reasonable Terms
and to Determine finally all other Matters in Difference And the Queon
being putt on the said Motion It Passed in the Affirmative & Ordered
accordingly} 298. 299

Ordered that Mr. Daniel Taylor< no role > be at Liberty to Strike out in the
Side Front of his House a New Light facing the South Church Yard and
Adjoining to the Tower or Steeple Such New Light not to Exceed 4 feet in
Depth & 2 feet in Width. And Such New Light to be upon sufferrance only
& during the Pleasure of the Parish.

An Order of Vestry made the 30th. Septr. last for Appointing a Committee
to make a final Agreement with the Parish of Allhallow's Lombard Street &
to Determine All Matters in Difference be Confirmed
