Appropriated to pay off
ye Debts of Mr Burt and
Mr Hebert. x

This Vestry was Sumoned by Mr: Charles Ball< no role > , upper Church Warden , And [..]
after reading an Order of Vestry made ye. fifth day of September last It was
Moved that All the Ward and Parish Fines, should be Appropriated to pay off ye
Debts of the former Church Wardens, Mr John Burtt< no role > and Mr James Hebert< no role > , untill ye same
should be fully paid, On the Auditing Mr Heberts Account [It appearing that Mr. Burt
was already Audited and that ye Parish Stood Indebted unto him in the Same of Sixty
Pounds Seven shillings and two pence] And the Question being put on the said Motion
It was Resolved in the Affirmative. Nemine Contradicente.

Mr Hankey offered to
advance ye money ye
offer accepted, and Security
ordered to be given by ye.
Church Wardens for
Repayment. x

Then Mr Hankey offering to advance the Money to pay of the said Debts It
was put to the Vote whether they should Accept Mr Hankeys offer, and it was carried
the Affirmative, and that the Church Wardens should give Mr Hankey security to his
Satisfaction for Repayment of the same.

Mr Andrews Chose Clerk
of the Vestry x

Then Mr Troughton, & Mr Andrews were set up for the place of Clerk to the
Vestry of this Parish , and upon a Division, the Choice fell on Mr Andrews who was
Admitted accordingly.

Mr Smith Chose Sixteness
& organ Blower< no role > x

Then Mrs. Smith and Mrs Branch were sett up for the place of
Sextoness and Organ Blower< no role > , the Choice fell on Mrs Smith.

Mr Whisken to have ye
benefit of ye Keys of ye
Pews during ye pleasure
of ye vestry. x

Then Doctor Smith moved that Mr. Whisken (in Consideration of [..]
having but a small Salary as Parish Clerk) should have the benefit of the Keys of
Pews in the Church during the pleasure of the Vestry, And it was Ordered accordingly
