Memorandum Whereas Wee the Churchwardens and Overseeres of the Poor of the Parish of St. Mary
White Chaple in Far County of Middlesex did on the 23d [..] day of febuary Last past on our Complaint to Robt
[..] ateman and Robt. Constable Esqrs . Five of her Majestyes Justices of the Peace in the County of Middlesex aforesaid
[..] id obreine their Pay, for Removeing and Conveying Ann Welbone< no role > Widd : the Late Wife of [..] John Welbone< no role > decd:
and her two Children, John and Eliz Welbone< no role > , from out of our said Parrish, to the Parrish of St. Dro [..] church
In the Citty of London as the Pass directed, and did more Largely appeare, Now wee the said Church wardens
and overseeres of the Poor of the said Parrish of St. Mary White< no role > Chaple in the County of Midx do hereby
declare, that since the makeing the said Pass, and Executeing the same, We are Fully sattisfied and,
Convincd, by the Churchwardens and overseers of the Poor of the Parrish of st Dionis Back Church
London, that they the said Ann Walbone< no role > , and her said Five Children John Welbone< no role > and Elizab
Welbone, have not, nor never had, any Legall Settlement in their said Parrish of St Dionis Back Church
London, and therefore to prevent the Charge and trouble of an Apeals, do hereby at in wch at in as
Lyes disanull, and make voyd, the said Pass, to All Intents, and Purposes as If the same had never
been, and do take and Receivd agains, the said Ann Welbone< no role > , and her said two Children, John
Welbone and Eliz: Welbone< no role > of and from the said Church wardens and overseeres of St Dionis back Church
Church Aforesaid, and Chl Parishoners of the same, In witt not hereof Wee have sett our
Hand, this Eigth day of March in the Year of our Lord 1705
