At a Vestry held the 19th. of Decembr. 1711

This Vestry was Sumoned by Mr. White Upper
Church Warden for the Choice of Ward Officers (Vizt.) Scavengers Constable
Inquestman and Comon Councell men for the Year Ensueing

Then Mr. Tryon by Mr. Wilson Desired to be Excused for two Years and
then would pay his fine for all Parish & Ward Offices which being Put to the Vote
was carryed on the Affirmative.

Mr. Hayward

Then Mr. Hayard intimating to the Vestry That the was willing
fine and desired to be Admitted to fuse for all Parish Offices was
admitted accordingly paying the usuall fine of Twelve Pounds

Mr Hartley

Then Mr. Hussey & Mr. Hartley were put up for all ward Offices and Mr.
Hartley was Chosen and at his request was Admitted to fine paying the
usuall fine of twelve Pounds

Mr Allen
£12

Then Mr. Hussey and Mr. Allen were put up and Mr. Allen was chosen
Scavenger , Constable and Inquestman And at the request was admitted to
fine Pay the Usuall fine of Twelve Pounds.

Mr. Chapman
£12

Then Mr. Chapman being put up & chosen to all offices upon his request
was admitted to Fine paying the usuall Fine of Twelve Pounds

Then Mr. Green (being next in course) was put up But by reason of his late
Ilness was Excused for One Year

Mr. Bethell

Then Mr. Hussey by & Mr. Bethell were put up for all Offices and Mr. Bethell was
chosen And Upon his request was Admitted fine paying the usuall fine
Twelve Pounds

Mr. Hackshaw
£12

Then Mr. Hackshaw was put up and chosen Scavenger Constable & Inquestmen
And Upon request was Admitted to fine paying the usuall fine Twelve Pounds

Mr Flether
£12

Then Mr Flether was put up and Chosen to all ye Offices aforesd And upon request
was admitted to Fine paying the usuall fine of Twelve Pounds

debate it was Agreed to allow him five Pounds to ferve the same
