Legatee for Setting up a
monumt:

This Vestry was summoned by Mr Thomas Brisco< no role >
Upper Churchwarden at the request of Mr Richd. Tyson Nephew and
residency Legatee of Dor. Edward Tyson< no role > deced for putting up a Monument
for the Sd. Dor. Tyson on the North Wall of the Church which was
consented to by the Vestry and the following sumes were proposed to be
paid for the same vizt. £20, £15, & £10, being severally put to the vote
the Majority carryed it for £10, which was imediately paid downe by ye
said Richd. Tyson< no role > .

Interest to be distributed
on St. Stephens day

Then the Executor of Dor. Tyson desired that the Interest of ye.
Guift of £30 given by the sd Doctor Tyson may be distributed yearly on
St Stephens day Which being put to the Vote was orderd accordingly.

Mr. Willsons Lease expired
Brisco have power to grant
new Lease

Then Mr Brisco Upper Churchwarden acquainted the Vestry that the
Lease of the Land at Ware late in the Occupation of Mrs Wilson being expired there
is a person has offered more rent for the same and to take a Lease
thereof And it was put to the Vote whether Mr Brisco< no role > should have
power to grant such a Lease of the said Land as may be most benificial
to the parish and ordered accordingly.
