Mr Dimond fined for all
Ward offices £12. 2 years
office of Churchwarden

Then Mr Dimond was nominated for Churchwarden he haveing been
excused the last year upon his promise to fine if he stayd a year in the
parish And he now requested (there being some difference between
him and his Landlord) to be admitted to fine And that the Upper Church
Warden might give a note to repay the same in case Mr Diamond leave< no role >
the parish on account of his Landlord within twelve months from this day
But if he dyes in the parish the fine not to be repaid.Which being
put to ye vote was Orderd. accordingly he paying a fine of Twelve
pounds for his two years Office of Churchwarden: where to Mr Diamond< no role >
agreed.

Mr Acreman fined for
a year Church Warden
the Sume of 10.

Then Mr Acreman being nominated for Churchwarden requested that
he might be admitted to fine and that the Upper Churchwarden should give him
a note to repay the fine if he left the parish in a year Which being
put to the vote was orderd. accordingly he paying a fine of Ten pounds
for two years Churchwarden haveing served Collector & Sidesman.

Mr White & Mr Webster< no role >
excused

Then Mr Briscoe Mr White and Mr Webster were sevarally put up for
their first years Churchwarden and Mr Briscon was chosen

Pentioners left to the
Overseers

Then It was moved by Mr Marener whether the Pentioners should be
continued which was left to the Overseers.

£3 paid Bettell towards
paying the rent of her
roome

Then was read a petition of Sarah Betell desireing an Allowance for
the paying the rent of her roome which being put to ye vote It was
agreed she should have an allowance towards paying one years rent
And the sumes of £4:£3:£2-10s and £2 being severally put to the vote it was
agreed she should be allowed £3.

Arthur Ingram< no role > Esqr : to
Franches some ground
in the Church for a Valut

Then the Vestry being acquainted by Mr Hayward Mr Davis and other
that Arthur Ingram< no role > Esqr . desired to purchase some Ground in the Church to make a
Vault for burying his family in It was put to ye vote and Ordered
that the two Churchwardens and any five or more that have passed the
Office of Churchwarden should consider of the matter and the Ground to be
purchased and hear the proposalls of Esqr . Ingram and make their
Report to the next Vestry.

Then the business concerning Dor Gartford Kitchin was debated pursueant
to an Order of Vestry made the 14th. Dec: last And the Churchwardens
