Court continued Septr. Ye. 5th. 1721 .

Alehouse keepers not
to be called on Livery etc

Ordered(Nemine contradicente)That no Person keeping an Alehouse
shall for the future be called on the Livery of this Company, And
that no such Person for the future shall be putt in to Nomination
for Renter Warden, or called into the Court of Assistants of the
same Company.

Estate of £100 P ann etc
to be enquired after

Ordered That the Court of Assistants and Clerk do enquire after
an Estate on One hundred pounds P Annu or upwards to be sol [..]
in order for the Company to purchase the Same with the
money in their Chest.

2 Guineas for plan of
house in Lime Street .

Ordered That the Renter Warden do pay two Guineas to the
person who drew the Plan of the House in Lime Street , when he
takes another Plan off it.

Deale fined 5 Nobles.

Charles Deale is fined five Nobles for his not appearing att
this Court to take the tho duely Sumoned & by the Beadle Cloathing of the Livery on him & pay
his Quarteridge in arrear And It is ordered That the Clerk do prosecute
him in the Exchequer for the same.

Clerk's house

Ordered That the Clerk have Liberty to lett out part of his
House to Mr. John Michell< no role > & his Family for Such time as he
Shall think fit.

Auditors Report

This day Auditors appointed at the last Court day to auditt & inspect
the late Renter Wardens Accounts mett at the Auditt Chamber in
the Hall and did auditt & inspect the Same in the prsence of the new
Master & Wardens, and did find that on the Ballance thereof the Sume of
four hundred & four pounds seven shilling & five pence half penny
is due to the Company from the sd. Renter Warden, which when stated [..]
allowed & ordered to be signed; which was paid accordingly & putt into the
Chest with Mr. Warden Olivers Bond, and Mr. Warden Boddells Bond was
taken out & delivered to him.
