Court continued Janry. ye. 3d. 1720 .

Ordered That the present Master, Mr. Warden Boddell, Mr. Dawson
& Mr. Ogbourn be desired to go the Eastern Walk to dispose of the said
eight pounds five shillings as above.

Ordered That Mr. Warden Abbey Mr. Reckword & Mr. Moore be desired
to go the Southern Walk to dispose of the sd. five pounds as above.

Ordered That a Letter of Attorney be imediately sealed to impower
the Clerk to this Company to accept a Transferr of Two thousand
four hundred pounds in the name & to the use of this Company [..]
from the late Renter Warden, which was done accordingly.

Carlus a Pentioner.

Ordered That Daniell Carlus< no role > be admitted a Pentioner when a
Vacancy shall happen in Turn.

Order relating to
the Carpenters.

This Court being in formed that diverse persons do use the Trade of
Carpentry within the City of London , & the Liberties thereof, who are
not free of the City, and also that others who use the said Trade but
are free of the sd City. bind their Apprentices at other Company's, and
not at this Company, in manifest contempt & breach of an Act of
common Councell. dated the twenty fifth day of April one thousand
Six hundred & ninety three, Therefore that no person may plead
ignorance of the sd. Act of common Councell, It is ordered by this
Court that the Clerk to this Company, do cause this Order together
with the sd. Act to be printed & distributed to such as have been or
are known to offered against the same, that for the future
they may not be guilty of the same offences, and that the sd. Clerk
do putt the sd. Act in execution against any Offenders as he
shall receive direction form this Court.
