The Sevrall East India Bonds for One hundred pounds, Eighty pounds, Two hundred &
Forty pounds & One hundred & Twenty pounds, taken out of the Chest last Court day &
delivered to Renter Warden to receive the Interest due thereon, the 31st. of March last
were returned & putt into the Chest, and his Note taken out & delivered to him, he
having recd. for Interest thereon Thirteen pounds Tenn Shillings.£13-10s-0d

Book Dividend recd.

The Renter Warden acknowledged to have recd. for the Company's Dividend of Three
hundred Sixteen pounds & five Shillings Bank Stock due Lady day last, Twelve
pounds Thirteen Shillings£12-13s-0d

Isaac Levy< no role > 's Bond for paymt. of £10. on ye. 17th. of April 1718 was put into the Chest

Ordered, that Mr. Lewiss. Proposal be rejected, unless he will instead of 100 Guineas pay

Conduct relating to yor. Company I have not given a just occasion of offence, yet the
treatmt. I have had Seems to Suppose it, especially when you intimated at last meeting, that
in case Idemolishd any of your old houses in A & yard morder to build a Sugar house upon of
ground (tho that wod. be the best improvemt. the plane admits of) you wod. Sueme for breach of
Covent. the Ineither was noramterrified by Such an expression knowing ye. extent of yor. power in
Such a case, yet to avoid a contest yt. wil be inutually expensive of time as well as Case. & to
Evince that you have no temptacon to give me trouble any more than to your
Selves, I propose Vizts to pull down ye. two old timber houses next the Street, & in their Stead
to erect one or two brick houses after ye. second rate of building within ye. Compass of
