Consented That John Wootton< no role > the late Apprentice of Ambrose Gray< no role > Citizen
& Carpr . be assigned to George Joyner< no role > . Citizen & Carpenter for ye. remainder
of his Apprenticeship.

£10. to Cl.

Ordered That the Renter Warden do pay to Richard Hutton< no role > Clerk of this
Company tenn pounds. as the usuall present given him for his extraordinary
Services done for this Company in ye. Year past.

Clerk & Beadle new
chosen.

Ordered That the present Clerk & Beadle be further continued in their
respective Offices, as before for one Year longer.

£30. to the poor.

Ordered That Thirty pounds be distributed amongst the poor Members
this Company in manner following, Vizt., for the Western Walk Sixteen
pounds fifteen Shillings, for the Eastern eight pounds five Shillings.
& for the Southern five pounds.

Western Walk.

Ordered That Mr. Warden Rogerson, Mr. Warden Boughton, Mr. Andrew
Mr. Chamberlen & Mr. Headland be desired to go the Western Walk to display
of the sd. Sixteen pounds fifteen Shillings as above.

Eastern Walk

Ordered That Mr. Bowcher Mr. Dawson & Mr. Ogbourn be desired to g [..]
Eastern Walk to dispose of ye. sd. eight Pounds five Shillings as above.

Southern Walk.

Ordered That the present Master Mr. Warden Abby & Mr. Rickward be
desired to go the Southern Walk to dispose of ye. sd. five pounds as above.

Time of Binding
& making Free.

Ordered That for the future, No person shall be admitted to the [..]
of this Company, or be bound at this Hall, on any Courtday, after C [..]
of the Clock, And that this Order be putt up in the Hall, and that the
Beadle do acquaint all persons therewith coming after that time
