From Midsomr. 1710 Att £10. P Annm payable Quarterly
or within 21 days And the Same was done
accordingly [..] Also Mr. Chamberlain paid the Rentr.
Warden Twenty One pounds tenn Shillings for the
Consideracon money or Fine for said Lease and at
Same time Executed a Counterpart thereof

Ordered the Renter Warden pay the Clerk his
Usuall Fees from the Compa. for making Said Lease
