John Chamberlen< no role > a Lease of All those their two
Messuages or tenemt. together with ye. Yard Backsides
Gardens & Prmiss. as ye. Same now are, and late
were held by Mr. Henry Robins< no role > his Undertents. or
assignes, Except and always reserved ye. Severall
reservacons as are menconed & Contained in an
Indentr. of Lease Datd. 28th. Septr. 1653 then
made from ye. Mastr. Wardens & Cosally of Said Compa.
to Thos. Birkett< no role > Czn & Carpentr . of London To [..]

assignes for all ye. remaindr. of ye. terme of Yeares of
and in ye. Lease made of ye. Dogg & Bear Inn Att.
