Bowcher

Mr. Thomas Bowcher< no role > being Sumoned, this day
appeared and accepted of the Cloathing and for his
Livery Fine paid Eight pounds as before

Brittain

Mr. James Brittain< no role > being Sumoned, this day appeard
and accepted of the Cloathing, and for his Livery Fine
paid Eight pounds as above

Davis

Mr. Thomas Davis< no role > being Sumoned, this day appeard
and accepted of the Cloathing, and for his Livery Fine
paid Eight pounds as before.

severall things as
now fixt to the

bills & a Gratuity
to be pd her

Ordered that All the Locks Keys Bolts Iron Barrs Hinges
Etc together with ye. Rolling Stone in ye. Garden As they
are now Fixt and belong to ye. house Mrs. Stone lately livd in
be by her left for all Succeeding Clerks, If the Consent
there to and not otherwise Then Ordered the Gratuity of
Tenn Pounds Granted to her by Ordr. of Court held the 3d.
of Janry last and also her bill of Eleven pounds 8 Shills:& 6d
both making £21-8-6 be paid her by Mr. Warden
Boucher She at Same time Giving Discharge to the
Company for Said Goods.

Agreed to give ye. Fishmongers Company a Meeting if they
desire it, to accomodate the matters in Controversy Inter
Mr. Cherington and Sr . Thomas Abny< no role > about ye. Light in
Lime street .

a Comittee appointed
for that purpose.

Then Mr Warden Arlidg Mr. Faltrop Mr. Jourden
Mr. Dennett & Mr. Chamberlain or any three of them
were appointed a Comittee to meet ye. like Number of
Fishmongers and they to have power to make such Agreemt.
and treat with them as they should think fitt. and Report ye.

presented to Rr ye. Worshippfull Company of Merchant taylors.
for the benefitt of Alderman Rows Guift in ye. Roome
of Cooper their late Pentioner Deced.
