This day the Mastr. & Warden & Comittee appoynted the last
Court day to treat abt. the letting the house in Fanchurch Street
now in the possession of Mr. Arnolds reported to the Court that

was desire on to take the Said
house from Midsomer 1702 at which time Mr. Arnolds Lease
expires and that the said Leech would new ripp the house
and put
[..] Same in good repaire and build A good oven
and leave the Same and other matters he shall build and
fixe for the use of the Company at the expiration of the terme
of 21 yeares which he desires he may have A Lease for with
ye usuall Covennts conteyned in the Companyes Lease at £15
P an.
Ordered that A Lease be grannted to Leech pursuant to his request
and that the first halfe yeares rent be allowed him for such
repaires & matter
