Augt. Court Continued Augt. the 7th. 1739

Ordered that the said Comittee do order the Clerk to make an Ab [..]
of all the Wells Deeds of the Gift NB Severall benefactors to this Company & do
lay the same before the next Court.

The Following Account was laid before this Court & Read which was come
agreed to and [..] Ordered tobe entred Accordingly Vizt.

At a Meeting of the Master & Wardens to give the Beadle possession
of the apartment belong to that Offices was humbly propose that the made
thee enjoy the Kitchen the shed the Compting house and yard on the
Ground floor three Rooms up one pair of Stairs over the abovemenconed
ground One large Garrett Eachward over the three Rooms one pair of
Stains And that the Windows be mended. and the Room be white executed
& Stopt and the Rooms painted. We likewise propose that Mr. Barnard
shall enjoy the two Rooms up one pair of stairs Westward & two
Garretts a little Clorett & Necessary house over them up two pair of
Stairs & one Room painted & [..] White washing more Wanted
Were have Ordered the Beadle & Mrs. Barnard to take a Schedule
of Goods upon the Premises field & Imfixed belonging to the Company
and lay it before the next Court that it may be entied in the Company
Nody.


Ordered that the Covenants in [..] the Lease granted to Mr. Lawrence
of the Houes the Hallgate which was this day in dispute between
Mr. Fordham & the Company be supported & that the Consideracon of
Mr. Fordhams taking to [..] be referred to the sd. Comittee appointed at this Court
