Memorandum it is this 11th. day of February 1747 Agreed between
the Worshipfull Company of Carpenters London and William Pontin< no role >
of the Parish of Christ Church Spittle fields in the County of Middlesex
Drayman in Manner following Vizt the Said Company agrees to let
to the said William Pontin< no role > All that Messuage or Tenement Scituate
in Hog Lane by Norton Falgate [..] known by the Sign of the White Hart
late in the possession of Thomas Bartholomew< no role > at the yearly Rent
of Twelve Pounds & ten shillings payable Quarterly to Comence
from Lady day next for One whole year But And in Case the sd
William Pontin< no role > shall be minded to quitt the premises at Lady day 1749
he shall be obliged to give Six months Notice from that time in writing of quinting the
said Premises to the said Company or their Clerk And the said
William Pontin< no role > agrees to take the said premes upon the above Terms
as Witness his hand the day and year above Written
