Court day continued Decr. the 1st. 1741

Mr. Worrell the Carpenter now laid before this Court a Particular of work
to be done in the House late [..] in the possession of Mr. Johnson in
Lymestreet in behalf of Mr. English who would take a Lease of the sd
House in Case he & the Company could agree Ordered that the Master
and Wardens Mr. Haddon Major Osgood & Mr. Brookes be a Comittee to
Inspect & see what is necessary to be done to the said House and make
their Report to the next Court Ordered that the said Comittee do view
Mr. Everetts house & Report their Opinion to the next Court touching what Improvements he has made
