Corporation in the following Manner
Gentleman
I am Ordered to Acquaint you that your late Wortley
Master Mr. William Champion< no role >
is Dead
And that you are Sumoned
here this day to Chuse a Master for the Remaining part of the Year
in his Room And for that purpose the Wardens and Assistants will
withdraw And Agree upon proper Persons to be put in Nomination

The Wardens and Assistants have agreed that the
following Persons be put in Nomination for Master of this
Company for the Remaining part of the Year in the Room of

Then Declare the Master Elected and the Wardens and Assistants
to Withdraw again but before they withdraw Make Proclamation

for the Remaining part of the year it will
Consequently Occasion the Choice of an Upper Warden in his Room
And upon this Occasion the Wardens and Assistants will withdraw
again And think of Proper Persons to be put in Nomination for
that purpose.
