This Court was Sumoned on the Occasion of the Death of
Mr Nathaniel Ward< no role >
our late Master

to Consult the
Election of a proper persons to Succeed the sd. Mr. Ward as Master
for the remainder of the Year Then the Question was put who
should take the Chair and it is now Ordered that Mr Edward
Boucher< no role >
do take the Chair he being the Aintient's Master

Ordered that the Clerk do Read the Bye Laws touching the
Election of a Master
in the Room of the sd. Mr Ward deced
which
was Read by the Clerk accordingly.
Ordered that the Master Wardens Assistants and Livery of this
Company be Summoned as usual to the Hall on Friday next for
the Choice of a Master for the remaining Part of the Year in the.
Room of sd. Master Ward deced
Ordered that a dinner be provided for ye Livery on this Occasion
and that the Warden do give Six pence to every Livery Man who
who shall appear in their Livery Gowns & none others
Ordered that the Dinner may be plain as on Michas Day
