Whereas Mr Burgin the Present Mar gave £100 And Coll

Warden gave £60 to the use of the Poor of this Company Thereupon The Question was now putt to
the Said Donors how they would have the Company dispose of their said Gifts And the said Donors
desired That 8s a peice to 16 poor Persons free of this Company who stand next in turn to Come
on the Pention List should be paid yearly 8s peice att Christmas for ever And when such persons
Come on the 100 List Then those next in turn should Come into the sixteen List
Thereupon and on debate of the Matter this Company accepted of the said Gifts from the
said Donors And return them thanks for the same And they do hereby agree to accept of the
same And will pay and discharge the same according to the said Donors Wills and desires.
A Stone to be fixt att the New
Buildings to give them the name
of Carpenters Buildings}
Ordered That Mr Renter Warden Horton do putt up a Stone att the New Buildings att
London Wall
and Cause the following Inscription to be made theron to give a Name to the Said
Buildings Vizt. (Carpenters Buildings) But the said Mr Horton is not to have above Five
Pounds for the same.
£200 to Mr Horton out of the
Companys Chest}
Ordered That Mr Warden Horton do receive £200 out of the Companys Chest for the Carrying
on the Buildings att London Wall
Which he this day received accordingly And gave his Receipt
for the same.
